I'm assuming shower brush means what I think it means. So i'm going to go for whoever said that first.
It's a back scrubber for when you're in the shower.

Yeah, one of those American arch shaped ones with the little flags heh heh heh, you should see my letterbox. Someone lost control of their car and ran it over my front lawn, almost hitting the house, ran over the garden, over the letter box, span the car out, and then drove off as fast as he could. The letter box just looks like a scrunched up piece of paper now |

I think I can see the camera in the middle... And the thing next to it looks like a person...
