pogo stick proves too tricky to tame and Dark One falls off.

then before Dark One has recovered snatches winningness and flies to freedom in a hot air balloon

it seems my ingenious escape was infact pretty lousy.
*sighs*
*vows revenge*
finds a friendly rat in the pit and teaches him to recognise tunes, then sets him free to track down the whistling Katiska and take back winningness
rat bites katiska, takes winningness and brings it back to me in the pit where i proceed to tunnel my way out using the giant shovel that Katiska accidently left in there

*Wistles a note and a pidgeon swoops down beside me. It pecks Maeve untill she drops the winningness and the shovel hops away. It collects the winningness and the rat and brings it back to me. Feeds the rat to the pidgeon.*
*Pushes a cement mixer over the pit. Cement fills up in the pit*

*Runs away with the winningness and my horde of evil pidgeons.*

ok this is quite a predicament- Katiska are you sure you aren't a mafia goon of some kind??
uncovers a nest of giant cement eating rinosorous beetles which blast a tunnel through cement
'I'm FREE!!' *does a little dance*
right.. persues NIG with single minded intent finds her and reigns the rinosorous beetles in, grabs winningness and rides off into the sunset
