I popped my shoulder out a few weeks ago... It hurt.. I was on a Venturer camp and ended up in Ballarat Base Hospital with a doctor going "See, it's not out enough for me to get it back in. And I can't figure out if there's anything else wrong with it. Just treat it like ahhh, a twisted shoulder. You can twist your ankle, right? And I see on your health form you've done it a lot, so this is like a twisted shoulder" and I'm like "Riiiight...." But by that stage it had come out, gone back in, come out further and sorta gone back in again...

And the really REALLY embarassing thing was I just moved while sitting in a chair... I was sitting there talking, moved and "Ahhhh...." got up to see what was wrong with my shoulder and decided the pain was a bit much so I went to first aid ;D With my groupies... who then stood around and talked about all the other times I'd hurt myself...
