yay! go choco i can't believe it i haven't been on ober.net or msn for almost a week!!! That is so weird for me! I have been sick plus i have only 2 weeks until school finishes and i'm freaking out cause i have 3 assignments plus LOTS of classwork to do. I wish more ppl were on because i'm happy I finally have finished writing my isobelle Carmody speech!!!! Yay tim tams for everyone ;D

I'm finally back! Sorta...well, not really...I've been able to get on the net this week, but I've had so much music practise and work...stupid grade 8 exam, it's only 2 weeks away, so I'll be back full time then...gaaah.

YAY welcome back i have many exams soon. Two weeks until FREEDOM yay! 3 months of holidays!!! I love college. OOOO i have some exciting news tonight i went to a musical at my school called "the ballad of rodrigo" it was sooo funny and my bestie lady michal/miss michal/mickey whateva u wanna call her was a farie in it and she was so good!!!! YAY hahahahaha and i filmed it all so i can embaress her forever! mwahahahahaha throws pineapple at lady michal even though she at the after cast party.

I won't be around much...I have to learn four pieces worth of general knowledge, do sight reading and aural tests, as well as practising 2-3 hours a day on the pieces...and keeping up with stage band

you poor thing thats slave labour!!! my friend marian plays the piano so beautifully for exaple there was this song called winter by tori amos and i told her i loved the piano in it and she only heard it once and without notes she played some of it. Now thats talent. she played again tonight in the musical and you just seem to drift away with her music. ahhh

oooh, at my school concert a couple of weeks ago, my friend Shane had to play the last solo on saxaphone, and he didnt get to practise it, so he made it all up as he went

it sounded amazing!!

lol well i can't play any musical instrument i tried in yr 7 and my music teacher told me to just give up. I have tried playing the trumpet, claronet(can't spell) and the flute. the trumpet was to heavy, the claronet well i loved it but my pinkie finger wasn't long enough to reach the c note so all i could play was mary had a little lamb oh and i couldn't get any sound out of the flute. I wish i could be creative and musical but i think i have a tiny bit of the other side like technical stuff.

you shouldnt give up!!
The instruments you tried were all brass or woodwind, maybe you need an instrument based on rhythm, like drums, piano or guitar.

Ive tried playing trumpet and flute before (i couldnt get any sound out of it either) and i finally started doing guitar (which im not spectacular at) and then drums.
Sometimes you have to be patient. Lud knows im not the best musician, but im getting there.

*gasp* dont give up!!!!!! music is a challenge but so beautiful when u succeed!!!! i constantly gave up (cos im a lasy sod) and now really dilike it but i can still kinda play the clarinet nad sing...:S
