Anyway... it's not againats the rules because it says it as a sub heading to 'The Dining Hall' It says:

unortunately that is banned....exsessive spamming isnt allowed... as long as u actaully write somethin its all good...so if u want to test out hte colours and wat all the fancy buttons do while ur haveing converstation with ppl then tis all ok... best way to do it is jump into the vegie throwing or dames vs rushton threads!
