I think you'd have to make sure the voives were right - especially for dolls like Dameon. It could totally spoil it if they have tacky barbie doll voices. And would the be pull strings, or buttons, or each have a different way of activating the talking? And I think one of the sets should be Elf and Gahlta - I'm thinking Ashling and always being together-ness. Maybe there could be a nice Gahlta and mean one - like the Domick idea, for before the Mountains and after...he could say "There is no place in the world not infected by Funaga" (mean) and "Protect Innle before/above all" (nice). Or something like that

Easy people - let'd try not to get too hysterical over fictional dolls! although admittedly there is a fortune to be made and hours of fun to be had...even if intangible for the moment.

New idea - for gypsy disguise how about taking the wash off tatoo idea and converting it into a gypsy skin dye? Wet them and they have darker skin, and when they dry its light...although they probably wouldn't be gypsy skinned for very long if it's warm...
