Of the new layout I mean. Please take the time to let the pages load to get the full effect - your system will cache the images pretty quickly and loading time shouldn't be TOO bad - I'm on an extremely slow dial up connection and it's moving fairly speedily still.
There are a couple of little bits and pieces that could use updating (a more obvious PM indicator for one) but it's 2am and I've gotten it to a state of relative neatness ;D *sleepy Huzzuh*!
Just thought I might mention as well, I haven't touched the smileys - but we can substitute the smileys above for custom ones (if you think we need any more).
Oh and please let me know if something new isn't working - links etc. The javascript WILL WORK, if your system support javascript, and if you let the pages fully load.

There is a way to add extra smileys, there's another javascript code to do it. Do you have an archive of extra smileys? Of course, we couldn't take too many  and only extra ones, not replacements for these ones. |

I'll come across as boring as I preffered the old site it was less flashy yeah but just felt it was more user friendly and prefered the toolbars too.

Though perhaps a tad too wide for my browser (Opera 8), but I can live with that!!!
I like the idea of a more obvious PM indicator. And perhaps it still isn't obvious that this is NOT our main site. Could we have a link to Obernet somewhere!
Other than that, it be marvellous! I love the little houses!!! So cute!!!

PS. It's going to be a lttle harder to look like I'm doing work when I'm on here at uni!!! Hehe!!! Perhaps that will discourage me from bing so naughty!

I'm gonna be boring like Knight, too, coz I quite liked the old layout - I think it's the buttons that irk my eyes the most, I like them more when they're not so stand-outish - but at the same time, I agree with Flit, that it's nicely jazzed up... *shrugs* meh, I don't mind  Looks good, just gimme time to get used to it, eh? Kayt, what screen resolution are you running at? The table size is set for 800 pix max width...I thought that'd cover everyone...
Also, I'm still working on getting the website in the main menu...at the moment it's in the footer only. Like I said, it wasn't finished last night...just at a relative state of neatness...and the more obvious PM indicator is coming!
Knight - yeah, the old no-graphical interface was quicker, but we needed to tie proboards to the Obernewtyn.net site. What did you like better about the old toolbars?

*checks 800 x 600 resolution herself*
Ah I see...it's a matter of 20-odd pixels - this can easily be changed to accomodate the 800 x 600's fully ;D
Yuk, how do you work at this resolution? lol I've got mine set at 1280 x 1024!
