Well, you have to click the photo image in post reply, and put the URL in. If you have a saved picture thats not on the internet, well that makes it hard. You have to set up a Photo Bucket account thats makes URL's for saved pictures.

well, the url is the link to the picture. To post a pic on the boards, or use your own pic as an avatar, it has to be uploaded to the internet first
To get the link to a pic on that's already on the internet, you right click on it, then go to 'properties'
you copy the address (url) to [ img]here[ /img], and then the pic should be displayed!
For your av, it's pretty much the same. except you just copy the url of the picture into the box which says URL: (or something like that  )
To upload own pics onto the net from your computer, you need to join a site like photobucket.com
then you can store your pics there (woah, that was long  )

There is a link for it on Arien's post. If you really want to display saved pictures on this site (or other sites) join Phot Bucket. Its for free, and really easy (I know, I joined!)
