On the other hand... English spelling has some ridiculous and stupid archaisms, and I can see the attraction in wanting to get rid of them. They're kind of fun - life just wouldn't be the same if something that sounded like kernel wasn't spelled colonel - but they're possibly more trouble than they're worth - especially since English is the language most of the rest of the world is being encouraged to learn. I'm working my way through all the boards in their new and funky incarnations. I like this one. I haven't got to Theories or Dreams yet, though, and I should probably at least peak round the door of Sus Rid too... Everyone come and join in the quote game on the Quote Board!  blindmouse ps - I'm trying to use preview before I post, but it's not working for me. I'll have to go blind. Pun not intended, I promise. pps - what's all this Javo business? I want to see this kitchen run by Andra. Then we'd see some real management. |
