Hey Emerald - I'm another one who got a little hooked onto days of our lives for Alec! I'd never watched it before and I was flicking on the TV during a lunch break an I was like "Hey, that's Alec!". I thought it was hilarious watching him being all serious and dramatic.
As hot as he was Alec couldn't have got with Max. She was supposed to be with Logan, and thats why they created the crappy mutated virus so they could keep the sexual tension up on the show - problem was, with the show ending it never got resolved!! GRRR...very frustrating...
Anyway, thats my little cry over... *sob*

Well, Dark Angel is a TV Show about these kids that a genetically enhanced killing machines, grown in test tubes for this secret government project called Manticore, whose goal is to create the perfect soldier. They began testing animal DNA with Human DNA to give these soldiers the animal's advantages - however, at first they screwed this up and created the "Nomalies" or the X1's and 2's. However, they finally got the DNA amounts right in creating the X5's. The main character, Max or X5-452, is one of the more perfect ones. However, one night, twelve of the X5 unit escaped from Manticore. And the first season is all about the escaped ones trying to evade being re-captures by Lydecker, a Colonel of Manticore. Very very good viewing. However, Fox pulled the plug at the end of Season 2 ( ) and so we're petitioning to bring on Season 3.

i signed a petition for this show *which is one of my favs i have all the eps on tape* about two years ago but i don't think it will be coming back...they (the actors) are all doing new stuff now but i'd love it if it came back. it was so original (in an old sci-fi way?) but a central female character who was sexy and smart and who could totally kick ass, that was pretty cool!!
